She was able to also coordinate communication with the HOA president and also provide recommendations and contact information for contractors, insurance agents, etc. Brandi went above and beyond in her service, especially during the tough times from the impact of Hurricane Helene. Brandi was consistently in touch with us, keeping us updated not only on properties available for sale during our search, but also during our negotiation time with the seller. As we live far enough away from the property purchased, Brandi was able to set up a virtual walk through and then, when we were in the area, met us for an in person walk through as well.
